This is an interesting little guy.  It's got a ladder mounted on top, so you can get to the top.  There's nothing up there to get to, but if you had to get up there, a handy ladder is waiting to help you.  There is also a pair of my absolute favorite missiles: antennas with rockets stuck to them.  There are 2, count em, 2 claws.  One at the front, and one slung under the belly, that hinge down & can close on something.  2 minifigs can sit back to back.
