This is a handy feature. Simply put in your
preferred temperature (be you the driver or passenger),
press "Auto & let the vehicle take are of everything.
An advanced system monitors internal temperature, sun
exposure, outside air temp, vehicle speed. It then
adjusts temperature, fan speed, air mixture, and even
heated seats automatically. If the outside
temperature is below a certain temperature, the rear
window defogger turns on automatically as well. Of
course, all of these functions can be overridden at any
time via the stylish buttons that make a soft comforting
green glow. The display neatly informs you of what
functions are currently running, and their status.
Temperature display can read either Celsius or
Fahrenheit.
This is not as simple as changing out the control
panel. Sensors in the vehicle must be added as
well. There are at least 2 versions of the control
panel: with & without heated seat buttons.
The blank buttons on the bottom next to the heated seat
buttons were for ventilated seats which never made it
off the drawing board.

Australia, The Netherlands, Japan, Russia, Sweden.
