This is for manual climate control (MCC).  It is for only 1 zone, and everything is manual.  You have control over what temperature to set the entire vehicle, what fan speed, etc.  Stylish dials replace boring old buttons.

Left dial has temperature control

Center dial has fan speed & a button for rear window defog

Right dial has zone blending options (top, bottom & top, front window defog, front defog & top, bottom)

Additional buttons: seat heat (if equipped), AC, recirculation.

Typically found in USA, Great Britain, Canada, The Netherlands, Japan, Russia, Sweden.

This could be as simple as changing out the control panel.  There are at least 2 versions of the control panel: with & without heated seat buttons.
