This option is confusing.
I know little about what governs what makes it appear or
not. Vehicles with MCC & ACC have it & don't have
it. Vehicles from 2003, 2004 & 2005 all have
it, and many from 2004 do not have it. My best
guess right now is that all styles of 2003 & 2004
vehicles have it, and early 2004s. Most 2004s do
not have it, in MCC or ACC.
If you want
to retrofit this, it may be easy enough just to replace
a pipe & the outlet. Of course, it may be more
difficult involving adding more pipes under the dash.
I do not have any information on retrofitting this.
