This option assumes you have either the Sport, Leather or Wood steering wheel & wand the plain black one.  I do not know the exact difference between this & the others, nor do I have a picture.

Typically found in Great Britain.

Steering wheel switches have no bearing on the type of wheel. (Any style of switch can be mounted to any type of wheel).  See the Metal & Black interior trim pages for those switches.

Please take your vehicle to the dealer to have this option fitted.  It involves removing the driver airbag, and even if you could do it, the dealer would have to add it to the computer system.
