This is the area in the door that has either leather or
cloth. I know very little about this option. Apparently in
the US you can have cloth door panels with leather seats,
which doesn't make sense to me. I do not know what
different colors there are either.
Typically found in USA, Canada, Australia, The
Netherlands.
This option is not difficult to retrofit, as all it would
require is a new interior door panel. Well, 4 of them
anyway. And what type of door trim do you want with it,
which is a whole nother ball of wax.
