Rain Sensor for windshield wipers

 
Automatically start and stop the windscreen wipers, adjusting their speed to suit the rain's intensity.

I think all this needs is a new windscreen, a Tech II change, and a new control stalk.

Typically found in USA, Great Britain, Canada, Australia, The Netherlands, Japan, Russia, Sweden.
