epsilon93 has retrofitted his vehicle with
bi-xenons. You can see how he did it & discuss

Bi-xenon headlamps give a
broader low beam and better curbside visibility.
Brightness is much closer to daylight levels than normal
halogen lamps. For high beam, the bi-xenon lamps are
supplemented with halogen lights that give a long and
broad throw. Beam length is adjusted automatically to
maximize capacity and to reduce the risk of blinding
oncoming traffic. In EU markets the bi-xenon lights
comes with headlamp washers as standard.
Typically found in USA, Great Britain, Canada,
Australia, The Netherlands, Japan.
These would be very difficult to retro fit since
there are many parts involved. An estimate of
different parts are as follows:
Bi-xenon headlamps (halogen ones are different)
Xenon ballast
Xenon igniter
Xenon bulbs
Auto headlamp leveling controller
Front axle level sensor
Rear axle level sensor
Headlamp washer
Washer system hose and pump
Front bumper with headlamp washer jets
Headlight switch assembly
I do not have any more information on retrofitting this.

info!), please
